Excursion to Szilvásvárad – It is the most frequented excursion spot in the mountain Bükk. The 14 hectares forest covered land belongs to the Bükk National Park. The picturesque Szalajka Valley with its terraced waterfalls, the narrow gauge, the trout pond, the caves and the home of the famous Lippizaner stud – all are fascinating for a visit. An exhibition, staged in the Equestrian Museum, relates the 400 years history of breeding the Lippizaner horses. There is a possibility to learn riding, to make a tour on horseback. We organise a Horse Show and a Pleasure – Drive by horse carriages. From Szilvásvárad we take a trip to Szalayka Valley on light railway, where the participants can prepare their lunches on their own (help is nearby!) – trout on grill. If the weather is rainy, participants can have the trout in a restaurant nearby.

Dinner - Many ‘wine-drinking” tourists visit Eger every year. Besides the wine-cellars of the town, Szépasszony-valley with the cellar row built in the rocks is a favorit destination. The most famous wine of the region is Bull’s Blood. To know more about the wine of this region, we organise a dinner in Szépasszony-valley. (www.ektf.hu/eger
